With each successful burlesque revue and award-winning performer hailing from Portland, the city further solidifies itself a place in the national community of erotic artists. Nearly three years ago, The Rosehip Revue began revolutionizing the standard for local revues, and has greatly aided in cementing Portland's national reputation by hosting incredible local talent alongside contemporary burlesque luminaries from across the country.

Rosehip's production team is ecstatic to announce its headliner for the September 2012 edition: “The Golden Glamazon”, Sydni Deveraux! Standing at a stunning 6'2”, this statuesque beauty is an acclaimed writer, producer, instructor, and performer in the world of burlesque. Hailing from Seattle and having performed at an impressive spread of national and international shows and festivals, Sydni Deveraux emanates an onstage blend of wit, finesse, and sophisticated musicality. Rosehip attendees will no doubt be delighted to welcome her to the City of Roses!

Joining Miss Deveraux onstage will be The Rosehip Revue's acclaimed core cast members:

• putting a little pop-n-lock in the bump n' grind, Angelique DeVil!

• the lewd and luscious Lana Louche!

• local libidinous boylesque duo, Burlesquire!

• a Rosehip veteran taking the stage solo for her first time, Sugar Kane!

Rounding out this edition's lineup will be some of Portland's most prominent peelers, including:

• serving up grenadine alongside her notorious poison, the Infamous Nina Nightshade!

• the sultry mistress of contortion and sass, Sandria Dore!

• a veteran of the Rosehip stage who always goes straight to your head, Charlotte Treuse!

As always, the glue binding this powerhouse show together is SinnSavvy’s own comedic nonpareil The Emceeiam, who keeps the show moving and the audience holding their sides.

The Rosehip Revue's co-presenter, Drambuie Liqueur, will again be providing showgoers with finely crafted Drambuie cocktail recipes-- some crafted especially for (and named after) each of Rosehip's core cast members!

Attendees will also delight in two merchandise areas, courtesy of Metro-- Portland's choice establishment for clothing, accessories, and body piercing; as well as Portland burlesque's very own Pin-Up Artist extraordinaire, Karina Dale!
